Preparation : Clear surfaces and remove clutter to make deep cleaning more efficient.
Top-to-Bottom Dusting: Start from ceiling fans, light fixtures, and high shelves, moving down to walls, picture frames, and baseboards to ensure dust doesn't fall on cleaned areas.
Kitchen Deep Clean:
Appliances: Clean the oven, microwave, outside the refrigerator.
Inside oven or refrigerator incurs additional cost (price varies depending on size)
Surfaces: Scrub countertops, backsplash, and sink.
Cabinets: Wipe down cabinet fronts and inside drawers.
Bathroom Deep Clean:
Sanitize: Scrub and disinfect the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink.
Grout & Hardware: Scrub tile grout and polish faucets.
Mirrors & Glass: Clean mirrors and shower doors with glass cleaner.
Living & Bedroom Areas:
Upholstery: Vacuum couches, chairs, and under cushions.
Furniture: Dust and polish all furniture.
Bedding: Wash all sheets, pillowcases, and comforters.
Windows & Fixtures: Wash inside windows , clean window sills
Outside windows and blinds incur additional charges (price can be confirmed on site)
Floors & Final Touches:
Vacuum/Mop: Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, including under furniture.
Hard Floors: Sweep and mop all hard surfaces, tackling stubborn stains.
Disinfect: Wipe down high-touch points like door handles and light switches.
$60/hour/person. (* Min call out $180 for 3 hours)
Normally, two people work as a team, and if you ask for 2 hours of cleaning, two cleaners will finish cleaning in 1 hour.
To ensure a good result, we recommend making a reservation a week in advance as we need ample cleaning time.
